Diesel fuel tanks in nylon and polyethylene

Diesel fuel tanks and cooling header tanks can be made to specific customer designs. Tanks can incorporate inserts, moulded in graphics, date codes and moulded graduations if necessary. We have been making fuel tanks for 15 years!

Medical and hygiene disposal bins

We manufacture custom products for individual clients in healthcare and hygiene industries. Our moulded hygiene products include an anti-bacterial additive to resist infection cultures. The design can also include an inner lining of a fire resistant material if required. Mould in graphics are frequently used.

Mouldings for industrial cleaning machines

All types of trade moulding up to diameter 3.5 metres and up to 250 kgs. After moulding, we can CNC trim the product to add slots and holes as required.

Telecom connection enclosures and equipment

We manufacture enclosures for use above and below ground. We are also making watertight housings for satellite tracking systems to be fitted to vehicles. We can also offer sub assembly of components if required.

This is an innovative cycle storage system that we are proud to manufacture for a fast growing UK customer.

The cycle storage systems use moulded high density polyethylene rotomoulding fitted with stainless steel tubular fittings.

We have to produce the products under strict processing conditions to limit the variation in sizes after moulding.

Rotomoulding this product in HDPE provides a tough impact resistant material that is corrosion resistant and visually pleasing.
