Rotomoulded cycle storage system.

Our client  designed and developed this high density bicycle storeage system using rotational mouldings for the principle components.

The product consists of unique straight sections and also a quadrant unit for the ends. The quadrant can of course be made as a circular configuration if required.

Interest in the use of bicycles as a means of primary transport is a fast growing sector of the the UK transport network.  This major installation is in the basement of a major UK accountancy practice in  Canary Wharf in London.

The product is now being extensivley specified by architects, railway companies and schools

The material used is high density polyethylene (ICO 1339) by ICO polymers.

The cast mould tools were produced in Italy by Persico.
