Orchid Plastics specialise in the manufacture of rotational mouldings and provide a turnkey service from initial concepts to tooling, manufacturing and finishing. We manufacture:

Toolmaking
Toolmaking facilities include traditional cast aluminium tooling using patterns. Tools CNC machined directly into aluminium billets using data taken from IGES files and sheet metal fabricated tools.
Post Moulding Operations
Once products are manufactured, we can carry out machining of plastic mouldings in our CNC Machine Centre. Our post moulding operations include using steel work, metal and plastic welding, fabricating, hand routing and general finishing.
Materials
These include: HDPE, MDPE and LDPE. We can also manufacture using speciality materials such as Nylon 12, TPR and PVC.
